Eligibility for Admissions
Admissions Criteria
To ensure our students can fully access our curriculum and enjoy a holistic learning journey at ASHK, the Admissions Team selects candidates for admission based on the following criteria:
- Demonstrate ability in academic achievement (at grade level)
- Proficient in English language
- Positive behaviour and conduct in a classroom setting
- Meets the applicable age of the grade. See Age Checker.
- Passes the assessment (which includes social interaction and group play for Early Elementary and MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) testing for Grade 3 and upwards testing students' English and Math ability.)
- Admissions priority (see below)

- Nominees of Corporate Debenture holders
- Nominees of Individual Debenture holders
- Non-local student passport holders
- Children of ASHK staff members
- Siblings of ASHK students
- Applicants from accredited international schools
- All other applicants
