Senior Digital Marketing Officer


  • Digital Marketing

  • SEO & SEM
    • Manage and ensure all SEO activities are monitored and refined to maximize effectiveness
    • Run digital marketing campaigns (e.g. Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, Instagram ads, google display banners & keywords etc.) aligned with enrollment goals
    • Review paid marketing campaigns with the PR & Communications Manager

  • Websites Maintenance & Development
    • Day to day management /maintenance of ASHK websites (both English and Chinese websites and other digital assets)
    • Prepare monthly digital marketing report and make recommendations for improvements based on data analysis, with a focus on:
      • User journeys with a view to optimise conversion from interest to application
      • Usability
      • Content creation, rollout, analysis, refinement
      • Data capture / CRM integration
      • Social integration
      • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website based on a variety of data sources (Google Analytics, user testing, focus groups and other sources)
  • Digital Content
    • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
    • Create and design videos, animations, slideshows for promotion
  • Develop the text content and campaigns on social media channels; Facebook, Instagram, twitter and LinkedIn
    • Photo-taking and video-making for events
    • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
    • Other duties as assigned by the PR & Communications Manager

Marketing & Admissions

  • Attend and support in the delivery of all Marketing & Admissions events (most events are on weekends)
  • Assist the Admissions Director in preparing and delivering monthly newsletter/EDM with tracking code
  • Prepare monthly enquiry report and make recommendations


  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, PR or other related discipline
  • 4 years’ of proven experience in digital marketing or marketing communication
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Content Management System, HTML, movie editing and knowledge of web design and content management
  • Resourceful, detail-minded, self-motivated with strong communication/presentation skills
  • Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
  • Less experience will be considered as Digital Marketing Officer
